  • For recruitment purposes: Your previous work history, performance appraisals, qualifications, information about incidents in the workplace, health information, personal history, opinions from referees, information in relation to absences from work due to leave, illness or other causes and our assessment of you as a prospective candidate for recruitment, including any psychometric or skill testing.
  • For payroll purposes: Your employment details, bank account details and other ancillary information that is required to fulfill contractual, legislative, filing and reporting obligations (including the payment of salary and wages).

Where possible, we collect your personal information directly from you, for example in person, over the telephone, by email, when you set up an account with us or complete one of our online or hard copy forms or attend a group session at one of our assessment centres. We may record or listen to telephone calls between you and our consultants in order to improve our services. When this occurs, you have the choice either to end the call, or to ask to be transferred to another line where monitoring or recording does not take place (if this is available). In most situations, we will also obtain your personal information from third parties such as our vendor partners, clients, your referees, educational institutions and current and former employers.   • your referees and current and former employers;

MyRCloud (myrcloud.com) follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this, and this is a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information. 1. Matchmaking: MyRcloud uses user data to match students with relevant job opportunities and partner/vendors with qualified candidates.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old to use MyRcloud. Students must be enrolled in a college or university to qualify for job opportunities.

2. User Conduct: Users must not use MyRcloud for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. They must also not engage in any conduct that violates our policies or infringes on the rights of others.

3. Job Postings: Partner/vendors are responsible for ensuring that their job postings are accurate and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.MyRcloud reserves the right to remove any job posting that violates our policies.

4. Disclaimers: MyRcloud makes no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided on the app. MyRcloud also does not guarantee that users will find a job or that partner/vendors will find qualified candidates.

5. Limitation of Liability: MyRcloud is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to lost profits or data. MyRcloud is also not liable for any damages arising from third-party job postings or user conduct.

6. Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold MyRcloud harmless from any claims or damages arising from their use of the app or their violation of these terms and conditions.

Data Processing Terms:

1. Data Processor: MyRcloud is the data processor for user data collected through the app.

2. Data Controller: The user is the data controller for their personal information.

3. Data Processing: MyRcloud processes user data in order to match students with job opportunities and connect partner/vendors with qualified candidates.

4. Data Deletion: Users have the right to request deletion of their personal information at any time.

5. Data Retention: MyRcloud retains user data for as long as necessary to provide the app services and comply with legal obligations.
